About These Terms

This website, battleforgedboats.au, is operated by Battle Forged Boats (ABN 37 664 599 375), Merrimac, Queensland, Australia. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices shown on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, but if a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the affected order (with a full refund) before it ships.

Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (WooPayments/Stripe and Afterpay). Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. A confirmation email, including your tax invoice, will be sent to the email address you provide.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only. See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery costs and timeframes.

Returns & Warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled in line with our Shipping & Returns page and the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Battle Forged Boats’ liability for any issue with a product or order is limited to repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on this site — including text, photos and branding — belongs to Battle Forged Boats and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
