This website is operated by Battle Forged Boats (ABN 37 664 599 375), based in Merrimac, Queensland, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through battleforgedboats.au, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

We do not collect or store your full payment card details — payments are processed securely by our payment providers (WooPayments/Stripe and Afterpay), who have their own privacy policies.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, manage returns and warranty claims, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We will only use your details for marketing (such as sending you offers or updates) if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Who We Share It With

We share personal information with the third parties needed to run the store and fulfil your order, including our payment processors (WooPayments/Stripe, Afterpay), shipping and courier providers, and our website hosting provider (Hostinger). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Our store uses cookies to keep track of your cart and session while you shop, and for basic site functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the store (like the shopping cart) may not work properly if you do.
