Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only — international shipping is not available at this stage. All shipping costs below include GST.

Standard items: flat rate $10.95
Heavy/bulky items (e.g. anchors, chain, trim tabs, pumps): $27.45
Free shipping on orders over $150

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, and will be confirmed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of the marine and 4WD parts we sell, we do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. Please check part numbers, fitment and specifications carefully before ordering — if you’re not sure a product is right for your boat or vehicle, contact us before you buy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products are covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sean@battleforgedboats.au with your order number and photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Where a fault is confirmed, we cover the cost of return shipping.

This guarantee doesn’t cover damage from normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, or misuse.

How to Make a Claim

Email sean@battleforgedboats.au with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where relevant. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
